Przemiarki
Przemiarki 16 is a small-scale residential development with distinctive features such as a herringbone tile facade and a subtle color palette of muted burgundy and brown tones. The goal of the visual identity is to reflect the elegant, quiet character of the project and its integration with the surrounding low-rise architecture, while highlighting the modern design details.
The identity draws from the building’s intimate character, warm tones, and material rhythm. The herringbone in the logo reflects the architectural
details, while the colors build on and deepen the
tones of the finishes.
Rooted in the local context, the branding emphasises
a sense of belonging. By referencing the surrounding architectural fabric it makes Przemiarki 16 as a place
that feels connected to its residents.
The colour palette draws directly from the building and its surroundings. The deep and light burgundy tones echo the materials of the building while the muted blue softens the palette and brings balance. The colours together reflect the local landscape and blend naturally into it.
The signet appears across various materials as a layer and
a multiplied pattern. Social media follow the same visual principles, expanded with colour fields shaped by the characteristic diagonal angle from the logotype.
